In this weeks trends & insights post we decided to take a deeper dive into what day of the week and hour we see highest click volume taking place across the VigLink network. The afternoon hours on Saturday is when the overwhelming majority of clicks took place. This means most shoppers are actually making purchases on the weekend, not during the workweek. It’s important for all content creators to reach their audience at the right time in order to get optimal exposure. To increase your revenue, be sure to have your content ready to go Friday morning. In addition, check in with your readers via scheduled social posts directing them to your content over the weekend. (Hint: It doesn’t have to be brand new content, sending them to some of your past high performing, relevant posts is a great way to keep readers engaged.)
