During the two week period we looked at, Anthropologie made the cut as one of the highest converting merchants. This wasn’t a coincidence… they were also running a free shipping (with no minimum) promotion! According to Kissmetrics, those who offer free shipping often see a 15-30% improvement in net profit due to user’s converting at a much higher rate.
