Brownells prohibits the use of downloadable software.
Email and/or newsletter promotions are prohibited without a prior written exemption from Brownells.
Brownells.com does NOT allow trademark bidding or direct linking. TM+ bidding on terms such as "Brownells Coupons" or "Brownells Promo Code" is allowed. We reserve the right to retroactively remove commissions on any previously driven sales through the program if you are found trademark bidding. You may NOT display Brownells.com or any variation of Brownells.com in any SEM Display URL. Media Partners may not use any Brownells.com display url for any paid search campaigns. Nor may they mask these URLs in paid search campaigns.
