QVC requests that you refrain from the following promotional methods:
- QVC does not allow publishers to do paid search on their behalf. QVC is a registered service mark of ER Marks, Inc.
- QVC does not allow the purchase of their Trademark term, QVC or any variation, or any of the protected keywords listed in the Terms and Conditions for paid search campaigns.
- QVC does not allow 3rd party emails of any type to be sent on their behalf, without prior approval. QVC marks or mentions of any kind may not be included in a publishers email, without prior approval.
- QVC does not pay commission on the following types of transactions: Auto-delivery, Waitlist orders, and Deferred payment.
- QVC will not pay commission on disputed orders older than 60 days past ship date.
- QVC does not allow their name to be associated with words such as discount, coupon, sale, or cheap.
