NIKE PRODUCT LAUNCH POLICY To ensure the best possible consumer experience for Nike product launches, the Nike Affiliate Program requires that all publishers in its network adhere to the following policies regarding Nike product launches, including but not limited to: • Nike affiliates are prohibited from directing traffic to Nike.com product launch PDPs prior to @nikestore tweeting the links (aka “Early Links”) • Nike Affiliates are prohibited from using or having any affiliation to what Nike deems, at its sole discretion, as a “Bot” to give users an unfair advantage to purchase Nike launch product. This includes, but is not limited: to “Add To Cart” services, “Early Links”, etc. • Nike product launches can be found on the Nike.com Launch Calendar and other official Nike channels, including but not limited to: @nikestore and @nikelab on Twitter, weekly Nike launch emails, etc. • @nikestore on Twitter signals the official start of each Nike.com product launch event. Nike reserves the right to update the Nike Product Launch Policy at any time without advanced notice. Any breach of these policies will result in an immediate removal from the Nike Affiliate Program. Nike also reserves the right to retract any commissions paid to its affiliates for any Nike product launch sales driven from the above listed behaviors.
