Affiliate must not, and must not assist, permit, or authorize any other individual or entity to sell, redistribute, display, or use in any context or manner (directly or indirectly), any data or materials from the website of HomeAway or of any other Expedia Group Member. HomeAway does not work with individual travel agents or travel agencies.

Non-Commissionable Items
Vacation rental owners have 24 hours to accept or decline an online booking request. Booking requests that are declined are not commissionable and will be reversed. New owner listings must be a vacation rental listing that are new to HomeAway, not a renewal. New owner listings that are renewals, cancellations, unpaid, or incomplete are not commissionable. Refer-A-Friend coupon codes, which are coupon codes that start with 'RAF' are not eligible for commissions. Property Managers with more than 10 properties are excluded from receiving commissions for new owner listings. Loyalty Publishers must disclose a minimum booking amount of $25 in order for user to receive rewards.
Miscellaneous - Special Instructions
Property addresses and reviews of each property are not allowed to be posted on the publisher site. This information should only be found on the HomeAway/Vrbo platform. Publisher will be removed from all HomeAway programs and commissions reversed if in violation.
