Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords
Without written authorization from AT&T, AT&T Publishers may not conduct Paid Search Campaigns (for example, Search Engine Placement, AT&T-Branded Keyword Bidding, Search Display URLs, Search Ads, etc.) in the AT&T Consumer Program. Only AT&T Publishers who have received written authorization from AT&T may conduct Paid Search Campaigns for AT&T Services. If an AT&T Publisher engages in Paid Search Campaigns without obtaining written authorization from AT&T, that Publisher is subject to immediate termination from the AT&T Affiliate Program. AT&T reserves the right to modify and update Paid Search Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Domain Keywords
Publisher Site URLs: •AT&T Trademarked Terms (see below) must never be followed by “.com” or “.net.” For example, you cannot use www.att.com or www.uverse.com. •Publisher may use AT&T Trademarked Terms as part of Publisher’s site URL when used as a page/location identifier for the customer as a dedicated AT&T page (no other company or competitor offers displayed) within the Publisher’s site. For example, if Publisher’s Site URL is www.examplesite.com and within the site there is a dedicated AT&T page, Publisher can identify the page as http://www.examplesite.com/offers/ATT-High-Speed-Internet. AT&T Trademarked Terms: •AT&T Brand trademarks or any variation (i.e., AT&T, ATT, att, at&t, etc.) •AT&T Product trademarks or any variation (i.e., AT&T U-verse, Uverse, High Speed Internet from AT&T, Fast Access DSL, All Distance, etc.) •AT&T Legacy trademarks or any variation (i.e., cingular, sbc, bellsouth, southwesternbell, pacificbell, ameritech, etc.)
Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Content
•Cannot make claims about AT&T Products or Services (i.e., fastest Internet, better than cable, etc) •Cannot promote expired offers or promotions after expiration date •Cannot show incorrect pricing or offer eligibility •Cannot display incorrect product names •AT&T may ask Commission Junction to terminate this Agreement immediately with notice in the event you materially breach this Agreement or the PSA, which material breach may include, but is not limited to: (a) operation of an illegal business through a Publisher Website; (b) engaging in any illegal activity of any type, including but not limited to displaying illegal content on the Publisher Website or offering any illegal good or service through its Website; (c) operation of a Publisher Website or e-mail Link to Websites that contain or promote, any of the following content: misleading, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented; (d) engaging in indiscriminate or unsolicited commercial advertising e-mails; (e) placing Links to an AT&T’s Website in blogs, newsgroups, message boards, unsolicited e-mail and other types of spam, banner networks, counters, chatrooms, guestbooks, IRC channels or through similar Internet resources; (f) causing or enabling any Transactions to be made that are not in good faith, including, but not limited to, by means of any device, program, robot, Iframes, hidden frames, JavaScript popup windows and redirects; (g) establishing or causing to be established any promotion that provides any rewards, points or compensation for Transactions, or that allows third parties to place Links to a AT&T’s Web site or Web site content on such party's Web site or in its e-mails, without AT&T’s prior written permission; (h) breach of the licensing provisions of its Publisher Service Agreement; (i) breach of any other intellectual property right provision of the Publisher Service Agreement or other of AT&T’s common law intellectual property rights; and/or (j) material breach of any provisions of the Publisher Service Agreement; (k) diluting, blurring or tarnishing, in any manner, the value of AT&T’s trademarks, trade names, and/or service marks; (l) conducting a paid search campaign and bidding on search terms without authorization from AT&T.
Web Site - Unacceptable Web Sites
•AT&T Publishers shall ensure that their Website addresses (URLs) comply with the Webpage Guidelines (Attachment 2 within Special Terms & Conditions) •Publishers may not link to external sites or pages other than designated AT&T landing pages/sites •Publisher may not place any links to the AT&T website on any web page containing material which is (or promoting activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, or harassing, or as otherwise may be designated by AT&T. •Publishers are strictly prohibited from using any copy other than the materials expressly approved by AT&T for use through the Affiliate Marketing Program. •Publisher-originated Content must comply with the Webpage Guidelines (Attachment 2 within Special Terms & Conditions) •Publishers may not place AT&T Ads in newsgroups, message boards, unsolicited e-mail and other types of blogs, banner networks, counters, chatrooms, guestbooks, IRC channels or through similar Internet resources. AT&T Publishers must place AT&T Ads such that it is unlikely that they will mislead the Visitor, and such that it is reasonably likely that they will deliver bona fide Transactions by the Visitor to AT&T from the AT&T Ads. •You shall not otherwise copy nor modify, in any way, any icons, buttons, banners, graphics files, or Content that AT&T has made available through the Network Service. AT&T reserves the right to modify and update the Webpage Guidelines at any time in its sole discretion. It shall be the AT&T Publisher’s obligation to remain current on the requirements of the Webpage Guidelines.
Web Site - Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites
•Publishers with dedicated AT&T Pages must display the AT&T Corporate Affiliate Badge •Publishers pages must clearly display Host Publisher Name and clearly show that it is the Host Publisher’s Site, not an AT&T site •Publisher cannot refer to themselves or the page as “Official AT&T Provider” or “Official AT&T Website” •You may not remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices.
