Marketing Partner is solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of its Internet website and for all content that appears on its Internet website. Marketing Partner agrees that its Internet website content shall not: (a) Contain advertisements for identity and credit protection services competitive or potentially competitive to those of LifeLock, unless otherwise agreed to by LifeLock in an Order; (b) Contain or promote sexually explicit material, distasteful or vulgar images or language, or other adult-oriented sexually explicit or vulgar content; (c) Promote violence, discrimination, or hate toward any persons or groups, or illegal activities; (d) Promote the sale, use, or consumption of alcohol, tobacco, hazardous substances or weapons; sale use, or consumption of prescription or illegal drugs; or promote gambling; (e) Sell, promote, or otherwise relate in any way to counterfeit, bootlegged, or stolen items, including intellectual property items, music downloads, or other similar items, or promote the use or sale of hacking, surveillance, interception, or de-scrambling equipment; (f) Promote the use of pyramid, “Ponzi,” or similar investment schemes; or (g) Include content that is actually or potentially defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing to LifeLock or any third party, disparages LifeLock, or portrays LifeLock in a negative light. Marketing Partner agrees that, during the Term, it will not engage in any of the following practices: (a) Use LifeLock’s name, LifeLock Marks, or any variations thereof, in a domain name or any other part of a URL; (b) Design, engineer, or manage its Internet website in such a manner that it directs or redirects Internet traffic away from LifeLock’s Internet websites; (c) Make any representation or create an appearance that a visitor to Marketing Partner’s own Internet website is visiting LifeLock’s Internet website, or in any way give the impression that an electronic correspondence made by Marketing Partner originated from or was sponsored by LifeLock; provided, that this provision shall not be deemed to restrict Marketing Partner from including on its Internet website links to LifeLock’s Internet website; or (d) Employ the use of any type of software or technology that intercepts or redirects, or attempts to intercept or redirect, directly or indirectly, traffic or commissions to or from any Internet website, except as permitted by the Agreement, or “scrape” or “spider” any of LifeLock’s Internet websites for content.

All LifeLock promotions and offers should contain "Terms Apply" next to it. Example: "10% off the first year – Terms Apply"

All Publisher are required to post an FTC disclaimer on all pages where a LifeLock promotion, offer, or affiliate link is included. Disclaimer copy example: "If you buy a LifeLock product or service after clicking one of our links, we get paid a commission."

The text used in promotions must match offer
Offer must say “LifeLock: 10% Off Your First Year – Terms Apply”
Text cannot say “proactive” or “relentless”
Must include the disclaimer: “We receive commission from all purchases made through affiliate links.”
This must be placed above the fold on websites
This cannot be hidden behind a click
