• Publishers agree to abide by the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for Adidas, Altra, ASICS, Brooks, Hoka One One, Mizuno, Saucony, Merrell, Newton, Nike, Reebok, Garmin, Fitbit, Apple, Polar, Soleus, Under Armour, and any other vendors who currently have or create a MAP policy in the future.
• Many of Road Runner Sports prices are not visible until they are in the cart. “Cart prices” for the above brands may never be displayed. UMAP prices must be used for any UMAP item.
• Publishers must only show prices that we provide in our data feed or show on our product page. No prices may be pulled from other sources.
• adidas, Altra, ASICS, Brooks, Hoka One One, Mizuno, Nike, Reebok, Saucony, Garmin, Fitbit, Apple, Polar and Soleus products or product image likeness may not be featured or mentioned with any %, $, or gift with purchase, or buy one get one discount or offer.
• Publishers may use Free Shipping promos with products for these brands.
• The following phrases may not be used when promoting Asics, Brooks, Saucony, Hoka One One, Garmin, Apple or Fitbit: Best Price, Lowest Price, Too Low To Show, Can't Show, See Sale Price In Cart, Unbelievably Low Prices, Best Price Guarantee, Bargain Prices, Fantastic Prices, Lowest prices on the Web.
• Messages in question must be sent to the Road Runner Sports manager for approval prior to use.
• This Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy is a comprehensive policy and applies anywhere online, including, but not limited to: affiliate sites, forums, newsletters, emails, paid search engines, shopping portals, and social networking sites (like Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, blogs).
• Road Runner Sports reserves the right to charge back violators of these policies for lost revenue that would result in being cut off from a manufacturers brand or item.
