Terms & Conditions:
Serena & Lily, Inc., headquartered at 10 Liberty Ship Way, Suite 350, Sausalito, CA 94965, is herein referred to as “S&L.”
• The following promotional methods are forbidden: Toolbar, Loyalty, Incentive, Incentivized Traffic, eBay, Paid Search, PPC, Coupon / Value Proposition, Product Feed, Pay-Per-Call, Retargeting & Remarketing. Sub-Affiliate Networks shall preclude any sub-affiliates from using these promotional methods as part of S&L’s affiliate program.
• Bidding on S&L trademarks or product names, misspellings of S&L trademarks or product names, or variations thereof is forbidden. If a publisher ceases to be a part of the S&L affiliate program for any or no reason, these restrictions survive.
• Making purchases through one’s own affiliate links (“Self-Referral”) is not allowed. S&L reserves the rights to invalidate any transactions S&L believes, in its sole discretion, were made through Self-Referral, and to remove publishers from the program that S&L believes, in its sole discretion, have engaged in Self-Referral.
• Email campaigns are allowed. However, Affiliates must be CAN-SPAM compliant. Please contact Aurelia Paquette for information on suppression lists. Any partner that sends emails with S&L affiliate links without using suppression lists provided by S&L is considered to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Commission exclusions include but are not limited to art, gift certificates, and Limited-Edition PUBLIC® C7 Bikes.
• S&L reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason.
