In this video, we explain how the Merchant Explorer allows you to conveniently search for a merchant, determine your eligibility to affiliate to that merchant, and apply to be on their whitelist if you are not already approved.
First, Go to the search box and type in the name of the merchant that you would like to know your affiliation status for. Click on that merchant to go into their merchant record page. This page provides you with all the information you need to know about a specific merchant, including whether or not you can affiliate to them. Be sure to select the campaign you want to determine eligibility for, as eligibility is determined on a campaign basis. If you see yellow or red under program eligibility it most likely means that that merchant’s CPA program is restricted or doesn’t have a CPA program. An example of a merchant with no CPA program is Musician’s Friend.
If you would like to apply to be put on a merchant’s whitelist simply scroll down to the “approval status” box and click “request approval”. Once you have requested approval, you will see your status change to pending. This means that your request has gone directly to our merchant team and merchant partners for processing. Please keep in mind merchants review requests on different schedules, some do this weekly while others only do it monthly. Starting March 2016, you will receive an automated email telling you which merchants have approved you for their whitelist and which have not at the end of the month.
